ALLIED HEALTH SCIENCES DEGREE PROGRAMME
Academic Session 2026–2027 (Fall Intake)

Applications are invited for admission to the following courses in Allied Health Sciences:

PROGRAMMES OFFERED, DURATION & SEATS

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Merit shall be calculated on the basis of HSSC (Pre-Medical Part-I) results.

• Final Admission Requirement: Candidate must pass the complete HSSC (Pre-Medical) or equivalent examination with minimum 60% aggregate marks.

• Important: If a candidate fails to secure at least 60% marks in the complete HSSC/Equivalent examination, their admission shall stand cancelled, irrespective of their merit position.

• Institutional Admission Entry Test 2026: Candidate must secure a minimum of 50% marks in the test to qualify.

ADMISSION APPLICATION FORM

• Availability: Prescribed Admission Forms are available at H.H. Sheikh Khalifa Institute of Allied Health Sciences, Dari Sanghi, Rahim Yar Khan.

• Form Fee: Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable).

• Last Date for Submission: 21st September 2026 (upto 12:00 noon).

• Submission Mode: Applications may be submitted by hand or by registered post to the office of the Administrator, H.H. Sheikh Khalifa Institute of Allied Health Sciences, Dari Sanghi, Rahim Yar Khan.

• Note: Applications received after the due date shall not be entertained.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
(Attested copies to be submitted with the application form)

1. Secondary School Certificate (Matriculation) – attested copy.

2. Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) – Result Card (Pre-Medical) – attested copy.

3. Domicile Certificate of the Punjab (No other certificate/document such as Birth Certificate, Form-B, CNIC, etc. is acceptable in lieu of Domicile Certificate).

   • Note: Any candidate found to have domicile of more than one place shall be disqualified.

4. Character Certificate from the institution last attended.

5. Copy of CNIC of the candidate and Father/Guardian.

6. Four (04) recent passport-size photographs – one attested on the front and the other three attested on the back.

7. Original Fitness Certificate – issued by a registered Medical Practitioner/Government Medical Officer.

8. Disability Certificate (if applicable) – issued by the Provincial Council for the Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons (for disabled candidates only).

9. Foreign Qualifications: Must provide attested copies of Equivalence Certificate issued by the IBCC.

10. PMT Diploma Qualifications: Must provide attested copies of Equivalence Certificate issued by the IBCC.

ADMISSION ENTRY TEST FORMAT

• Test Type: Single paper consisting of 100 MCQs divided into four sections:

  • English – 25 MCQs

  • Biology – 25 MCQs

  • Chemistry – 25 MCQs

  • Physics – 25 MCQs

• Time Allowed: 2 hours.

• Date & Time: Wednesday, 23rd September 2026 – Test shall start at 10:00 AM and conclude at 12:00 Noon.

• Multiple Programmes: If a candidate applies for more than one programme, they must submit separate application forms with separate fees.

• PMF Quota: 5% quota is reserved for PMF Qualified Students.

• Selection: Selection will be on open merit basis.

• Disabled Quota: 1 seat out of total 80 seats (20 per programme × 4 programmes) is reserved for disabled candidates. The merit list of disabled candidates shall be finalized on the basis of inter se merit. The decision of the Selection Committee shall be final.

• Hostel Facility: No hostel facility is available for Allied Health Sciences students.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA will be paid for interviews or any admission-related process.

• Result & Merit Lists: Will be uploaded on the official website: www.szmc.edu.pk
