ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Merit shall be calculated on the basis of the HSSC (Pre-Medical) Part I result.

• Admission is subject to the candidate passing the HSSC (Pre-Medical) or equivalent examination with at least 60% marks in aggregate.

• Important Note: In case a candidate fails to secure the prescribed minimum 60% marks in aggregate in HSSC (Pre-Medical) or equivalent examination, his/her admission shall be cancelled, irrespective of his/her merit position.

APPLICATION PROCESS

1. Application Form Availability:

   • Forms are available from the Accounts section of the Institute.

   • Fee: Rs. 1,500/- (payable by Bank Challan)

   • Timings (Office Hours):

     • Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am to 2:30 pm

     • Friday: 8:00 am to 12:00 Mid-Day

2. Application Basis:

   • Applications shall be based on HSSC Part-I results.

   • Admission Confirmation: Requires full HSSC Pre-Medical (Part-I & II) or equivalent with minimum 60% marks, failing which admission shall stand cancelled.

3. Required Documents (Duly Attested):

   • a. Matric & F.Sc (Part-1 & II) Certificates (2 Copies)

   • b. Domicile Certificate (2 Copies)

   • c. Computerized I.D Card / B.Form (2 Copies)

   • d. Candidate's Father/Guardian Computerized I.D Card (2 Copies)

   • e. Four Passport Size Photographs

4. Hostel Facility: No hostel facility for students (Female/Male) will be provided by the institute.

MERIT CALCULATION FORMULA

• SSC / Equivalent: 10%

• HSSC (Pre-Medical Part-I / Equivalent): 40%

• Entry Test: 50%

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR CANDIDATES

• No Personal Intimation: No candidates will be informed personally. All are directed to confirm their status on the merit list displayed in the Institute.

• HSSC Part-II Result: On the day the HSSC (Pre-Medical) Part-II or Equivalent result is announced, the result must be submitted to the Admin Office within Three days. Otherwise, the candidate's name will be removed from the merit list.

• Fee: Submission of fee is Not Refundable.
