Admission Notice: FCPS-II Training (Session: July 2026)

Applications are invited from eligible Pakistani nationals for FCPS-II and 2nd Fellowship training programs at the institute. Selection will be conducted strictly on an open merit basis.

🏥 Training Disciplines Offered

1. FCPS-II Training Programmes

Medicine & Allied Disciplines: General Medicine, Cardiology, Nephrology, Pulmonology, Paediatric Medicine, Radiology, Psychiatry, Histopathology, Community Medicine, Pharmacology.
Surgery & Allied Disciplines: General Surgery, Orthopaedic Surgery, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Paeds Surgery, Neurosurgery, Plastic Surgery, Urology, Anaesthesia, E.N.T, Ophthalmology.

2. FCPS 2nd Fellowship Training

Disciplines: Gastroenterology, Rheumatology, Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary & Liver Transplant Surgery, Pain Medicine.
Requirement: Must already possess a First Fellowship FCPS degree as per CPSP subject policy.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Degree: MBBS or equivalent degree recognized by the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PM&DC). Foreign qualification holders must provide an HEC/PM&DC equivalency certificate.
House Job: Completion of a one-year recognized House Job.
Registration: Valid permanent PM&DC registration certificate.
Exams: Passed FCPS Part-I in the relevant specialty. For allied specialty training, candidates who have completed mandatory training in Surgery/Medicine are eligible; those who have passed the IMM examination will be preferred.

Institutional Application Form.
Application processing fee slip.
Three (3) passport-size photographs (duly attested on both front and back).
Copy of Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
Copy of FCPS-I result certificate.
MBBS degree and detailed marks sheets (DMCs) for all professional examinations.
Copy of Distinction Certificate (if any).
Copy of American Heart Association (AHA) certified BLS, ALS, ACLS, PALS, or ATLS certificates.
Copy of Soft Skills Workshops (e.g., Communication, Leadership, Presentation, Conflict Resolution).
Valid permanent PM&DC registration certificate.
Copy of House Job certificates.
Domicile certificate.
Copies of research publications (if any) in PM&DC, PubMed, or HEC-approved indexed journals.

💰 Fees & Application Procedure

Application Fee: Rs. 2,000/- per specialty.
Form Availability: Forms can be downloaded from the official website www.skzmdc.edu.pk or purchased physically from the FPGMI Accounts Section for Rs. 2,000/-.

⚠️ Key Information & Strict Terms

Government Servants: Must apply through the proper institutional channel.
Data Verification: Submitted information will be verified at three stages: during application processing, at the time of joining, and during active training.
Strict Penalty: If any information is found to be false, mismatched, or forged at any stage, the application/contract will be rejected immediately with no right of appeal at the institutional or government level.
Selection: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews. Incomplete or late submissions will be discarded automatically.
