Admissions are now open for 1st Year Pharm-D and DPT Courses
Eligibility Criteria for Session 2024-25

Required Documents:

Candidates who have passed Intermediate (Pre-Medical) or an equivalent examination (HSSC-II / A-Level or equivalent marks certificate) with a minimum of 60% marks.
Candidates who appeared in MDCAT 2024 and obtained at least 60 marks (30%) or more.

• Matriculation Marks Certificate
• Matriculation Certificate
• Form-P along with the domicile of the candidate and their parents
• Candidate’s B-Form (NADRA)
• Candidates from Institute of Pharmacy and Institute of Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Sciences, SMBBMU Larkana, belonging to other districts
• Candidate’s Smart Card (Mandatory for all, even if under 18 years of age)
• Father/Mother/Guardian's CNIC
• Four (04) passport-size photographs
