Overview

FMH Saida Waheed College of Nursing invites applications for Admissions Open 2026-27. The college is:

• Registered with the Pakistan Nursing & Midwifery Council (PN&MC)

• Affiliated with the University of Health Sciences, Lahore

• Affiliated with the Nursing Examination Board, Punjab

The college offers a range of undergraduate, postgraduate, and diploma programs in nursing and allied health, open to both male and female candidates (with specific programs reserved for female candidates only).

Programs Offered

1. BSc Nursing (Morning & Evening)

4-Year Degree Program | For Male & Female

Eligibility Criteria:

• F.Sc (Pre-Medical) with minimum 50% marks

• Age Limit: 17–25 years

2. Post Basic Specialization

1-Year Diploma Program | For Male & Female

Specialties Offered:

• Paediatric

• ICU/CCU

• Accident & Emergency

• Operation Theater

• Anaesthesia

• Psychiatry

Eligibility Criteria (any one of the following):

• 4 Years BS Nursing

• Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (any post basic specialty for male in lieu of midwifery)

• Valid PN&MC Card

3. Lady Health Visitor (LHV)

2-Year Diploma Program | Only for Female

Eligibility Criteria (any one of the following):

• Matric (Science) with minimum 45% marks

• F.Sc (Pre-Medical) with minimum 45% marks

Age Limit: 14–35 years

4. Post RN BSc Nursing

For Male & Female

Eligibility Criteria:

• Diploma in General Nursing

• Diploma in Midwifery (any post basic specialty for male in lieu of midwifery)

• Valid PN&MC Card

5. Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)

2+1 Years Diploma Program — 2 Years in Pakistan & 1 Year in China | For Male & Female

Eligibility Criteria (any one of the following):

• Matric Arts with minimum 50% marks & FA with minimum 50% marks

• Matric (Science) with minimum 45% marks, OR F.Sc & FA with minimum 45% marks

Age Limit: 14–35 years

6. Diploma in Midwifery

1-Year Diploma Program | Only for Female

Eligibility Criteria:

• Diploma in General Nursing
