8. APPLICATION PROCESS & INSTRUCTIONS

Applicants must follow these steps carefully:

1. Online Application: Apply through the QAU Online Application System available at www.qau.edu.pk.

2. Application Fee: Deposit Rs. 2,860/- as an application processing fee via online payment through Kuickpay or 1-Bill.

3. Document Upload: The payment receipt must be uploaded on the online Admission portal along with other scanned requisite documents. Applications without the receipt will not be entertained.

4. HEC USAT Requirement (For BS & Pharm.D): Admission is subject to submission of a valid and passing HEC USAT result. Applicants must register for the test at etc.hec.gov.pk.

5. LAT Requirement (For LLB 4-Year): Admission is subject to submission of a valid LAT (Law Admission Test) with a minimum of 50% passing marks. Applicants must register for the test at etc.hec.gov.pk.

6. Communication: No separate call letters or phone calls will be made for selection. Applicants are advised to frequently visit the QAU website for updates.

8. Program Name Change: The nomenclature of BSBA may be changed to BBA, subject to the approval of the Statutory bodies.
