• Note: Candidates awaiting their Matriculation results are not eligible to apply.

• Availability: Admission forms will be available at the Admission Office, Township Campus, starting from 13th August, 2026.

• Form Fee: Prescribed fee of Rs. 600/- (non-refundable).

• Submission: Completed forms must be submitted along with all required documents (attested copies of educational certificates, CNIC/B-Form, and recent passport-size photographs) by the specified deadline.
