BS NURSING (04 YEARS) DEGREE PROGRAM — ADMISSION NOTICE

Session: Fall 2026–2030

Applications are invited on the prescribed online admission form for the BS Nursing (04 Years) Degree Program, available on the PHSA official website www.phsa.edu.pk for the following Nursing Colleges under the PHSA Network.

Closing Date: 16/10/2026 at 5:00 P.M.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA AND IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

A. Academic Qualification

  1. F.Sc (Pre-Medical) or equivalent qualification with at least 50% Marks (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects).

B. Entry Test Requirement

  1. KMU (CAT) Test is compulsory. Students failing to appear in the KMU (CAT) Test for session 2026 are not eligible for admission.

C. Age Limit

  1. The maximum age limit for admission is 35 years as of the closing date for submission of online applications.

D. Domicile Requirement

  1. Candidates having domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and newly merged districts are eligible only.

E. Merit & Gender Ratio

  1. Admission will be on open merit basis with a female to male ratio of 9:1, which will also be maintained in each Nursing College.

F. Prospectus

  1. Prospectus can be downloaded from the PHSA official website (www.phsa.edu.pk).

G. Processing Fee

  1. Candidates shall deposit Rs. 500/- as processing fee in any National Bank of Pakistan, Aitemaad Branch on account of DG Provincial Health Services Academy:

H. Responsibility of Candidates

  1. All candidates and their parents/guardians are directed to read the prospectus carefully for all details, terms, and conditions. PHSA will not be responsible for any omissions; responsibility will lie on the candidate him/herself.

I. Final Authority

  1. The decision of the Central Selection Committee will be considered as final.

J. Provisional Admission

  1. The admission will be on a provisional basis, subject to verification of original documents from the concerned board/office by the respective College of Nursing.

K. Fraudulent Documents

  1. Any candidate found to have submitted tampered or fake documents during or after the interview will stand ineligible and shall be liable for legal action.

L. Last Date for Submission

  1. Last date for submission of online admission form available on PHSA website (www.phsa.edu.pk) is 16/10/2026 at 5:00 P.M. No application will be entertained after the closing date whatsoever.

SHORTLISTING & INTERVIEW PROCESS

  1. Lists of Shortlisted Candidates (male, female, quota-based admissions) will be displayed on 30/10/2026 on the PHSA official website (www.phsa.edu.pk), along with the interview schedule.

  2. Only shortlisted candidates will appear in the interview at PHSA Office, Budhni Road Duranpur, near Motorway Northern Bypass, Peshawar.

  3. Physical presence of the candidate is mandatory at the time of interview. Any candidate failing to appear in the interview on the scheduled date and time, for any reason whatsoever, will lose the right for admission, and the interview shall not be rescheduled.

  4. All original documents — including KMU-CAT result in hard form, along with a recent passport-size photograph and a set of attested photocopies of all relevant documents as mentioned in the prospectus — must be provided at the time of interview.

HIFZ-E-QURAN TEST

  1. The Hifz-e-Quran test shall be conducted on 22 October 2026. All candidates claiming Hifz-e-Quran status must:

a. Provide a valid Hifz-e-Quran certificate issued by a registered Deeni Madrasa.

b. Appear in and pass the prescribed Hifz-e-Quran test.

Note: Only candidates who successfully pass the Hifz-e-Quran test shall be awarded 20 additional marks, which shall be added to their F.Sc. obtained marks, in accordance with the applicable admission policy.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

  1. No separate call letter/message will be issued/communicated to the shortlisted candidates. They are directed to visit the PHSA Official Website (www.phsa.edu.pk) frequently.

  2. If the interview time and schedule is changed due to any reason, it will be updated on the PHSA official website (www.phsa.edu.pk).

  3. No Travelling Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) shall be admissible to any candidate for appearing in the interview or any other admission-related activity.
