Fill and submit the online application form at: pgadmissions.pumhs.edu.pk |
| 2. Hard Copy Submission |
Simultaneously submit the hard copy of the application form along with all required documents and original Bank Challan through courier services to the Office of the Director, Postgraduate Medical Center, PUMHSW, Nawabshah SBA, before the Eligible List Date. |
| 3. Separate Forms |
One candidate can apply for both Degree/Diploma/Course in the same specialty. A separate Application Form must be submitted for each course or training program. |
| 4. In-Service Candidates |
Must obtain No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the employer while applying. They can also submit an advance copy along with relevant documents. |
| 5. Equivalence Certificate |
Graduates will have to produce an Equivalent Certificate of their Degree from PM&DC. |
