BS 5th Semester Programs (Lateral Entry)

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

1. All applicants are advised to fill their credentials according to their matriculation certificate.

2. Accreditation:

   • Engineering Degrees are recognized worldwide under the Washington Accord (including UK, USA, Japan, Canada, etc.) and hold Level-II, OBE Accreditation from PEC.

   • All Programs in CS & IT are accredited by the Computing Council.

   • All Engineering Technology Programs are accredited by NTC Pakistan.

3. Fee challan can be submitted at any branch of Allied Bank Limited (ABL). Original "Admission Office Copy" of fee challan and a set of all testimonials will be required to be submitted in the respective department/committee at the time of admission/interview.

4. Admission shall be offered on the basis of first-year result of Intermediate or equivalent or Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) duly recognized by Pakistan Board of Technical Education (PBTE). However, complete result of ADA/ADS/ADC/ADPY or equivalent is required for admission in BS-5th Semester.

5. If any candidate fails to meet the minimum criteria after declaration of the final year result of Intermediate or equivalent, his/her admission shall stand cancelled.

6. For admission in B.Sc. Engineering and Technology, an Entry Test is compulsory.

7. Pakistan Nationals can also directly apply against Regular seats.

8. For admission in B.A. LLB, a valid Law Admission Test (LAT) conducted by HEC is compulsory.

9. Incorrect/false information or documents in connection with admission is a criminal offense, and the University reserves the right to initiate appropriate action.

10. Merit lists will be displayed on the admission portal/manual. All applicants are advised to visit the admission portal regularly: http://admission.must.edu.pk

11. Admission will be given on a first come, first serve basis.

SCHOLARSHIPS

MUST offers various scholarship programs for needy and deserving students on need-cum-merit basis. In the Financial Year (2025-26), an amount of Rs. 70.60 million was disbursed among awarded students.
