1. ADMISSION NOTICE

Online applications are being invited for admission to the 8th Class at Military College Jhelum.

2. APPLICATION PROCEDURE

  • Candidates shall download the application form from the official website: www.militarycollege.edu.pk

  • The form shall be submitted online.

  • After submitting the online application, the candidate shall print the Fee Challan Form and deposit the fee in any branch of the designated bank.

  • Within three days of fee submission, the candidate must confirm by downloading the Roll Number Slip from the website.

  • Candidates shall enter only their own ID number in the online application.

3. REGISTRATION FEE

b. Sons of Junior Commissioned Officers (JCOs) and Other Ranks (Serving/Retired) 2,000/-
c. Sons of Civilians (Businessmen, Professionals, Armed Forces, etc.) — without any quota 4,000/-

4. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

The eligibility of the candidate must be as follows:

a. Age Limit:

  • As of 1 April 2027, the student's age must be between 12 and 14 years.

  • In case of being 90 days less or more, relaxation may be granted by the competent authority under the prevailing rules, for which the candidate must submit a written request.

b. Domicile:

  • Unrestricted (open to all).

c. Educational Qualification:

  • Must have passed 7th Class or be appearing in the 7th Class annual examination.

  • At the time of application, if the result is awaited, the 7th Class Pass Certificate must be submitted at the time of admission.

d. Nationality:

  • Pakistani

e. Guardianship:

  • Applications can be submitted only by the candidate's own guardian.

5. CANDIDATES NOT ELIGIBLE

The following candidates are not eligible to apply:

a. Girls are not eligible to apply for this entry test.
b. Candidates expelled from any institution under the Armed Forces or Provincial Administration on disciplinary grounds.
c. Candidates submitting forged educational documents (Form B and other documents).
d. Candidates over-age or under-age beyond the prescribed limit.
e. Candidates declared unfit by the Medical Board.
f. Candidates entering false information in the application form.

6. SELECTION PROCEDURE

  • Written Test: Will be held on Sunday, 25 October 2026.

  • Syllabus: Based on Federal and Punjab Textbook Board books of Class 5, 6, and 7 for the following subjects:

    • English

    • Urdu

    • Mathematics

    • General Science

    • Islamiat (for Muslim candidates: Sultan Pakistan)

  • Pattern: Objective and Subjective

  • Syllabus and pattern are available on the College website.

  • Only candidates successful in the written test will be called for Medical Examination and Interview.

  • Final selection will be made from candidates who qualify in all stages, and will be informed via the College website.

8. IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Incomplete applications, applications not matching the given format, or applications received after the due date shall not be accepted.

  2. No correspondence regarding such applications will be entertained afterward.

  3. Online applications submitted after the due date shall be invalid.

  4. Selection once made shall not be changed under any circumstances.

  5. The College shall not be liable to refund the registration fee under any circumstances.

  6. In case of any change in the date of the written test or interview, information will be uploaded on the College website.

  7. Qualifying the written test, medical examination, and interview does not guarantee final selection.

  8. Military College Jhelum has no connection with any private academy or tuition center.

  9. All candidates are advised to avoid private academies or tuition centers claiming admission to Military College Jhelum.
