4 Diploma in Community Midwifery (CMW) for Female Candidates 02 Years Morning Program HSSC (Pre-Medical) with a minimum of 50% Marks or A Level Equivalent duly certified by IBCC. Age Limit: 17 to 35 years

PROCEDURE TO APPLY

  1. Online application form is available on LUMHS website: www.lumhs.edu.pk

  2. Candidates are required to upload all required documents in original scanned format through the online application form.

  3. Candidates must pay Rs. 5,000/- as Entry Test Processing Fee (Non-refundable) when applying for BS Degree Programs and a separate fee of Rs. 5,000/- for BS Biomedical Engineering & BS Business and Information Technology Programs through 1-Bill ID (Available on the online portal).

  4. Details of courses, seats, and the fee structure are available in the prospectus.

  5. The Schedule of Entry Test will be announced on the LUMHS website later.

  6. Admit cards will be available on the online portal for download (venue, date, and time will be mentioned on the admit card).

  7. Candidates are advised to keep visiting the LUMHS website frequently for getting the latest information and important announcements.

  8. The mode of entry test shall be based on CBT (Computer-Based Testing) and be held at Examination Center, LUMHS Jamshoro.
