ADMISSION NOTICE 2026-27

The Institute of Family Medicine is pleased to announce the following programs for Re Fall Session 2026-27.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR:

1. Diploma in Family Medicine (Peshawar & Abbottabad campuses) (Recognized by PMDC)

• MBBS
• Valid PMDC Registration (in case of foreign candidates, registration with their own country medical council is essential)
• 12 months of House Job in a PMDC recognized hospital
• Candidates with relevant experience will be given preference

2. Certificate in Family Medicine (Peshawar & Abbottabad campuses)

• MBBS
• Valid PMDC Registration (in case of foreign candidates, registration with their own country medical council is essential)
• 12 months of House Job in a PMDC recognized hospital
• Candidates with relevant experience will be given preference

3. Certificate in Healthcare Quality & Patient Safety

• MBBS/BDS/BS/MDPT and other allied health sciences bachelor’s degree
• Candidates with relevant experience will be given preference

4. PG Certificate in Palliative Care (Online)

• MBBS
• Candidates with relevant experience will be given preference

5. PG Certificate in Diabetes Mellitus (Online)

• MBBS
• Candidates with relevant experience will be given preference

NOTE: A list of selected candidates will deposit Application forms along with original Bank receipt should be submitted to Deputy Director FIM 2nd Floor, Institute of Family Medicine, Khyber Medical University Phase-5, Hayatabad, Peshawar.
