KMU - Centralized Admission Test (CAT) 2026

Khyber Medical University invites applications for KMU-CAT 2026 for admissions into undergraduate programs at its constituent and affiliated institutes for the session 2026-27.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates who have passed F.Sc. (Pre-Medical) or an Equivalent Examination.

• Candidates who are currently awaiting results are also eligible to apply.

Registration Process

Go to the KMU testing portal at https://cat.kmu.edu.pk and create an account. You must select your preferred test date and test center before the closing date for that specific test phase.

Generate the online fee slip and deposit the application processing fee at any branch of the Bank of Khyber (BOK). Log back into the portal after 24 hours to verify your payment status.

Download and print your official roll number slip at least one week before your scheduled test date.

Note on Score Improvement: If you wish to re-take the test to improve your marks, you must re-apply with a fresh application and pay a new test fee. Always retain your original bank fee slip for verification.

Important Instructions

1. Arrival Time: Please reach your respective test center at least one hour before the test starts.

2. Mandatory Requirement: Appearing in the KMU-CAT is strictly mandatory for admission into any BS program offered by KMU constituent or affiliated institutes.

3. Required Documents on Test Day: You must bring the following items to the examination hall:

   • Original Photo ID: A valid CNIC, NICOP, Form-B, Smart Card, or Passport.

   • Printed Roll Number Slip along with one recent photograph.
