4. Eligibility Criteria

• As per the program-approved scheme of studies.

• For MS/M.Phil: Candidates must have passed the ETS-GRE (General)/NTS-GAT (General), valid up to the last date of admission.

• For Ph.D.: Candidates must have passed the ETS-GRE (General)/NTS-GAT (Subject), valid up to the last date of admission.

• The University's internal MS/M. Phil and Ph.D. admission tests will be held on 1st Oct 2026.

5. Application Procedure & Required Documents

1. Submission:

   • Forms must be submitted online at https://kkkuk.edu.pk/admission-open OR in person in the concerned department.

   • Deadline: On or before the closing date (22.09.2025).

2. Application Fee:

   • An online Challan receipt/Bank receipt of Rs. 1000/- deposited in the Bank of Khyber, Khushal Khan Khattak University, Karak Branch, favor of the Treasurer of the University.

   • This receipt must be attached to a printed copy of the admission application form and submitted to the concerned department.

3. At the Time of Interview:

   • All candidates are directed to bring their original documents.

4. For Selected Candidates Only:

   • Submit attested copies of all educational documents.

   • Submit 03 passport-size recent photographs.

5. For Admitted Students:

   • Submit Migration Certificates.

   • Submit Affidavits on stamp paper (as per University Regulations) within 15 days after fee deposit.

6. For In-service Candidates:

   • Must apply through the proper channel.

   • Submit an NOC (No Objection Certificate) from their employer.
