2. Eligibility Criteria & Entry Requirements

For BS Engineering & Computing Streams

• Pre-Medical Students: Eligible for BS Biomedical Engineering, BS CS, BS SE, IoT, Robotics, AI, Cyber Security, and all traditional engineering programs (as per revised PEC guidelines).

• ICS / Computer Science Students: Candidates with HSSC Computer Science (combined with Physics and Mathematics) are eligible for BS Engineering programs.

• DAE Holders: Candidates holding a Diploma of Associate Engineer can apply directly on Open Merit.

Admission Testing System

• BS Applicants: A mandatory Online Admission Test is conducted exclusively for BS Engineering & BS Computing Programs. Candidates have the option to take this test online from home or physically on-campus.

• MS & PhD Applicants: Must take and pass the GRE/HAT General and Subject Tests administered by the Education Testing Council (ETC) of the HEC. Registration is required via etc.hec.gov.pk.

3. Financial Assistance & Scholarships (BS Programs)

• 100% Tuition Fee Waiver: Awarded for the entire 4-year degree to the Top 25 Board Position Holders.

• Up to 50% Tuition Fee Waiver: Available for the Top 250 position holders on the aggregate university merit list.

• High Achievers Scholarships: Performance-driven, semester-based scholarships awarded throughout the degree.

• Need-Based Aid: Financial assistance pathways available for underprivileged students.

1.Portal Registration:Online Submission.

Scan the ad's QR code or visit the official website to create an account and fill out the form.

2.Appear for Entry Test:Undergraduate or Graduate tracks.

Take the domestic on-campus/online BS test, or submit your valid HEC-ETC HAT scorecard for postgraduate programs.

3.Document Attestation:Confirmation phase.

Provide mandatory academic documents attested by IBCC (for HSSC/DAE) or HEC (for degrees) to finalize your selection.
