The Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan invites applications under the Access to Scientific Instrumentation Programme (ASIP) for the year 2026-27. The programme provides financial support to PhD scholars enrolled in public sector universities of Pakistan, enabling access to advanced scientific and analytical facilities at labs of public sector universities/public sector R&D organisations. This initiative aims to promote high-quality research and ensure the timely completion of doctoral studies.

The maximum funding available for sample analysis for each applicant is Rs. 200,000/year (i.e., from July 1 to June 30).
