ADMISSION NOTICE

Session: 2026-2027

Admissions are open for the following programs for the academic session 2026-2027, in accordance with the policies of the Government of Punjab.

Available Programs:

1. Intermediate Part-I (First Year):

   • F.A. (Faculty of Arts)

   • F.Sc. (Faculty of Science)

   • I.C.S. (Intermediate in Computer Science)

   • General Science

   • I.Com. (Intermediate in Commerce)

2. Associate Degree Program (ADP):

   • ADP (Science)

   • ADP (Arts)

3. ADP (Commerce)

4. BS Honors (Four-Year Program)

Admission Schedule and Important Instructions:

1. Prospectus and Admission Forms:

• Prospectuses and admission forms are currently available and can be obtained from the college gate during official college hours.

2. Separate Forms for Each Program:

• A separate admission form must be submitted for admission to each group/program. Candidates must apply under the relevant category for their chosen program.

3. Required Documents:
The following documents must be submitted along with the completed admission form:

• Matriculation Result Card: 3 attested copies.

• Character Certificate: 3 attested copies.

• Father's/Guardian's CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card): 3 attested copies.

• B-Form (for under-18 candidates): 3 attested copies.

• Passport-Size Photographs: 4 recent photographs with a white background. (Note: The original text mentions "22" which appears to be a typo; the number "4" is commonly required and stated elsewhere. Please confirm with the college.)

4. Important Condition for Out-of-Station Candidates:

• Candidates applying from other cities must submit their original NOC (No Objection Certificate) at the time of admission to the Intermediate program. Admission will not be granted without it.

5. Scholarships for Top Merit Students:

• The top 5 students on the merit list will be awarded special scholarships by the college.

6. Admission Interview and Fee Submission:

• Candidates selected on merit must present themselves for an interview in front of the Admission Committee along with their original documents.

• After the interview, they must obtain a fee challan, deposit the fee in the designated bank within the specified dates, and mandatorily obtain a receipt/challan verification from the college office.

7. Bank Details for Fee Deposit:

• All college admission fees and other dues are to be deposited at the Bank of Punjab, Badami Bagh Branch.

8. Subsequent Admissions:

• Admissions will continue to be offered on any seats that remain vacant after the initial merit list.
