ADMISSION NOTICE — DAE

Diploma of Associate Engineering — Session 2026–2027

Applications are invited from Matriculation-passed candidates with Science subjects (Physics, Chemistry, English and Mathematics) for admission to the 3-Year Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) programmes for the session 2026–2027.

DAE TECHNOLOGIES OFFERED

1st Shift

• Electrical Technology
• Mechanical Technology
• Electronics Technology
• Civil Technology

2nd Shift

• Electrical Technology
• Computer Information Technology

ELIGIBILITY

Candidates who have passed Matriculation with Science subjects, including:

• Physics
• Chemistry
• English
• Mathematics

are eligible to apply.

Age Limit

For 2nd Shift admissions, the maximum age limit is 45 years.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

The prescribed admission form can be obtained from the Government College of Technology, Sangla Hill against a fee of Rs. 351/-.

Completed application forms must be submitted to the college by:

The interview schedule/slip can be obtained from the college at the time of submitting the admission application.

MERIT LIST

The merit list will be displayed on the College Notice Board on 18 August 2026.

Candidates will be called for interviews according to their marks obtained in the following Science subjects:

• Admission fee

Admission Fee

Rs. 21,500/-

The fee is applicable for First Shift, Regular Basis, First Year and may be revised according to Government regulations.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) programmes are considered equivalent to F.Sc. Pre-Engineering, subject to the applicable rules and regulations.

Candidates are advised to submit their applications within the prescribed deadline and appear for the interview according to the merit schedule.
