Diploma of Associate Engineering (3-Year Course)

Applications are invited for admission to the First Year in the following technologies based on the results of 9th and 10th classes (Science & Arts):

1. Electrical

2. Mechanical

3. Civil

4. Instrumentation

5. Textile (Auto CAD Garment Machinery)

6. Dyeing and Printing

7. Textile (Spinning / Weaving)

8. Food Technology

9. Computer Information Technology (CIT) (Second Shift Only)

10. Diploma in Culinary Arts (DCA) / Intermediate in Culinary Arts: A 2-year dual-diploma program (China-Pak Dual Diploma) open to both male and female Matric (Science/Arts) students.

Admission & Merit Guidelines

For 9th & 10th (Science) Base Admissions:

• Merit will be calculated based on marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English.

For 9th & 10th (Arts) Base Admissions:

• Merit will be calculated based on marks obtained in General Science, English, Mathematics, and PBTE technical subjects.

Age Limit Instructions:

• For the First Shift, the maximum age limit is 18 years.

• A 2-year age relaxation may be granted for Hafiz-e-Quran, GTTI graduates, or HSSC/Intermediate pass candidates.

Special Fee Concessions (Merit-Based)

• Candidates with 90% or above marks: 100% Tuition Fee Waiver (excluding exam charges)

• Candidates with 80% to 89% marks: 50% Tuition Fee Waiver (excluding exam charges)

Interview Instructions & Important Rules

• Interview Dates: July 7, 2026 to July 9, 2026 (07-07-2026 to 09-07-2026).

• Candidates must bring all original documents on the day of the interview. No separate call letters will be mailed for interviews.

• Hafiz-e-Quran Candidates: A test date will be announced later.

• Once a roll number is issued, the Technology and Shift will strictly not be changed.

• If a candidate fails to appear for the interview at the designated date and time, the seat will be allocated to the next eligible candidate on the merit list.

• Disabled Candidates: Submission of a disability certificate issued by the relevant District Medical Board is mandatory.
