Eligibility Criteria

1. Academic Qualification: At least Matric Second Division (not less than 40% Marks) with Science.

2. Age Limit:

   • Regular (Morning Shift): Up to 25 years on the last date of submission of admission form. (02 years relaxation permissible with overage fee of Rs. 1,500/-)

   • 2nd Shift: Up to 25 years on the last date of submission of admission form. (05 years relaxation permissible with overage fee of Rs. 1,500/-)

3. Vocational/Technical Certificates: Candidates possessing TSC (Technical School Certificate), Two Years Vocational Course Certificate, or G-II, G-III, Level 2, 3, 4 (CBT) Certificate with Matric in Science subjects shall apply in the relevant Technology against reserved seats.

4. Reserved Seats – Govt. Employees' Sons: Sons of Government Employees working in any Government Department of District Swabi and having KP domicile can apply on reserved seats.

5. Migration Certificate: All admitted students must submit their migration certificate from their concerned BISE within 30 days of commencement of classes.

6. Technology Change: During admission, Technology once allotted will not be changed.

7. Merit Basis: Admission will be made strictly on merit basis. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.

8. Nomination for Reserved Seats: Nominations for reserved seats (sons of Armed Forces, AJK, FATA, Northern Areas, and other Provinces) should reach by October 10, 2026, otherwise seats will be filled on open merit.

Important Instructions

1. Interview Attendance: Candidates among the merit list who fail to appear before the admission committee for interview on their respective date will be considered absent, and the seat will be filled by the next candidate on merit.

2. No Separate Call Letters: No separate call letter shall be issued to any individual for interview/admission.

3. Late Applications: No application shall be entertained after the due date.

4. Fee Deposit: Selected candidates shall deposit fee on the date of interview.

5. Admission Fee:

   • Morning Shift: Rs. 9,600/-

   • 2nd Shift: Rs. 18,000/-

6. Commencement of Classes: Regular and 2nd shift classes will start from September 21, 2026, subject to the announcement of Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa/KP-TEVTA.
