Important Policy Note for Result-Awaiting Students: Students who have completed their Intermediate / 12th year or Graduate examinations and are waiting for final results are explicitly eligible to apply.

• B.Ed. (1.5 Year): Open to candidates who have completed 16 years of formal education.

• Diploma of Agricultural Sciences (DAS): Technical stream available after Matriculation.

• Livestock Assistant Diploma (LAD): Vocational veterinary stream available after Matriculation.

Ph.D. Admission Test Rules: Candidates must achieve a minimum score of 50% in NTS GAT Subject (within valid validity period) OR a minimum of 60% in the Ghazi University Institutional Test to qualify for final interview screening. Candidates with a valid NTS card do not need to sit for the institutional test.

General Processing Guidelines

• Maximum Age Threshold: Under standard rules, the maximum age limit for general undergraduate admission is 24 Years (subject to specific age relaxation extensions approved by the competent authority).

• Processing Fee Metrics: Application processing and evaluation fees stand at Rs. 1,000/- for general applications and Rs. 1,500/- for M.Sc. (Hons), MS, M.Phil, and Ph.D. programs.

• Institutional Privilege: The university administration reserves the right to drop or withdraw any advertised degree program at any point without prior notice if baseline enrollment targets are not met.
