Registration Fee

All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates can apply if they:

• Hold valid nationality of Pakistan, Overseas Pakistanis, dual nationality, or foreign nationality
• Candidates below 16 years of age must possess a valid Juvenile Card issued by NADRA
• F.Sc/A-Level/Equivalent students awaiting results may also apply
• NUMS MDCAT–2026 will remain valid for MBBS/BDS admissions for session 2026–27 only

Choice of Exam Centre

Candidates must select two preferred test cities during registration. NUMS reserves the right to shift candidates to the nearest available centre based on seating capacity.

Structure of NUMS MDCAT–2026

Part A – Academic Test

Contains 150 MCQs with a duration of 2 hours 15 minutes from:

• Biology
• Chemistry
• Physics
• English

Part B – Psychological Test

• 50 MCQs
• Duration: 15 minutes

Marking Scheme

• No negative marking
