1. INTRODUCTION

NUMS, being the Admitting University of its Constituent, Affiliated, and all Armed Forces Administered Medical/Dental colleges, is responsible under PM&DC Admission Regulations to conduct a centralized admission test and make admissions to MBBS & BDS programmes.

Candidates seeking admission in NUMS Constituent, Affiliated & Armed Forces Administered Medical and Dental Colleges are invited to apply for MBBS/BDS Session 2026-27 on Open Merit and Foreign Seats.

Note: Candidates are required to visit the NUMS website www.numspak.edu.pk and apply online.

7. HOW TO APPLY

7.1 Identity Documents

• CNIC/NICOP/Passport is mandatory for students aged 18 and above at the time of admission.

• For applicants below 18, Form-B / Juvenile (Smart National Identity Card) is mandatory.

7.2 Foreign Qualifications

• Candidates with foreign qualifications (O/A Level or 10th/12th Grade, etc.) must upload the IBCC-issued Equivalence Certificate at the time of online application submission; otherwise, the application shall be rejected.

7.3 Candidate Responsibility

• It is the sole responsibility of the candidate to submit a complete application along with required documents.

• Applications once submitted cannot be changed by the applicant. Candidates are advised to be careful while filling the Online Application Form.

• In case of any deficiency, the University may reject the application without intimation to the candidate.

7.4 Finality of Application

• Applications once submitted shall be considered final and cannot be changed.

• College preferences will not be changed at any stage once the application is submitted.

• Incomplete applications or those received by post shall be rejected.

7.5 Verification

• The University shall cancel any provisional admission where the credentials of a student cannot be verified.

7.6 Submission Mode

• Applications shall be submitted through the online portal only. Hard copies are not acceptable.

• No application shall be accepted after the last date of submission.

7.7 Document Attestation

• Matric/SSC and FSc/HSSC certificates issued by BISE must be IBCC-attested at the time of submission of academic documents in the respective college. (However, this is not mandatory while submitting the online application.)

7.8 Result Improvement

• Applications for improvement of FSc/HSSC/A-Level/12th Grade results will be accepted by or before 7th December 2026.

• Candidates must send submissions from their registered email address to the NUMS official email.

• No requests will be entertained after the mentioned date.

7.9 Merit List Communication

• NUMS will make admissions on allocated seats while adhering strictly to merit-cum-candidate preference and will inform each applicant in the merit list (as per their preference) through the NUMS Website / email / telephone.

7.10 Paying Cadets / Self Finance

• Candidates applying as Paying Cadets/Self Finance to (CMH/CHQ) must apply on Open Merit through the online application portal for admissions in NUMS Affiliated & Armed Forces Administered Medical & Dental Colleges available on the NUMS Website.
