ADMISSION NOTICE

4 Years Allied Health Sciences Degree Program B.Sc. (Hons) Cardiac Perfusion Session 2024-2025

Applications are invited on the prescribed form from suitable candidates for admission in the 4-year Allied Health Sciences degree program in B.Sc. (Hons) Cardiac Perfusion, affiliated with the University of Health Sciences, Lahore, at Ch. Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology, Multan for the session 2024-2025.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: F.Sc. (Pre-Medical) or A-Level (with equivalence certificate as determined by the Inter Board Committee of Chairmen, Islamabad) with at least 50% marks.

• UHS Entry Test Result: Valid for session 2024.

• Domicile: Punjab.

Availability & Submission of Admission Forms

• Application forms along with necessary information will be available from the office of the Executive Director, Ch. Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology, Multan.

• Forms can also be downloaded from the official website: www.cpeic.punjab.gov.pk.

• Completed admission forms, along with attested copies of required documents (Matric, F.Sc., UHS Entry Test result 2024, and domicile), must reach the office of the Executive Director, Ch. Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology, Multan by Friday, 31-01-2025 at 03:00 PM.

Admission Procedure

1. The last date for submission of admission forms is Friday, 31-01-2025 up to 03:00 PM.

2. No separate entry test will be conducted by CPEIC Multan. Candidates should submit their UHS-conducted entry test result for session 2024.

3. Interview Date: Tuesday, 14-02-2025 at 10:00 AM in the office of the Executive Director, CPEIC Multan. Candidates are advised to arrive before 10:00 AM with their original documents.

4. No TA/DA will be admissible for interviews.

5. The final selection list of successful candidates will be displayed on the notice board of CPEIC, Multan, and its website.

6. The last date for submission of dues will be Friday, 07-02-2025.

7. No hostel accommodation or transport facility will be provided.

8. The decision of the admission committee will be final.

Note:

• Government employees should apply through the proper channel. However, an advance copy of the application will be acceptable. Final selection will be subject to merit and NOC from the concerned department.

• IBCC verification of Matriculation and F.Sc. is mandatory for finally selected candidates.

Fee Structure for B.Sc. Cardiac Perfusion

• Tuition Fee: Rs. 30,100/- (Non-refundable) per year.

• UHS Registration Fee: Rs. 6,000/- or as per UHS laid down policy (first time only).

• Library Fund: Rs. 2,000/- (once at the time of admission).

Penalty Clause:

• The selected candidate will submit a surety bond worth Rs. 500,000/- at the time of admission. If he/she leaves the course after joining, the guarantor will have to pay Rs. 500,000/- to the institute.
