(A) Age Requirement

The candidate's age must not be less than 12 years and not more than 14 years as of 1st April 2027.

(B) Educational Qualification

The candidate must have passed 7th Class or an equivalent grade.

(B) Documents to be Attached with Admission Form

The following documents must be attached; otherwise, the form will be rejected:

Challan Form — Download and deposit Rs. 3,500 at any Bank of Punjab branch, and attach the college copy of the challan with the admission form.
Passport-size Photographs — 2 copies (plain background), verified/attested from the back.
Candidate's B-Form / Smart Card — Attested copy.
Parent/Guardian's CNIC — Attested copy.
School Leaving Certificate — Verified by the head of the current institution where the candidate is studying.
