For Public and Private Medical and Dental Colleges in Punjab
Admission Session 2024-2025
According to the admission policy issued by the Government of Punjab on October 10, 2024, and the guidelines provided by the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) through a letter dated January 3, 2026, the University of Health Sciences (UHS) has been authorized to conduct admissions for both public and private sector medical and dental colleges. Eligible candidates are invited to apply according to the following schedule:

Important Guidelines

Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must have passed the MDCAT 2024 with at least 65% marks (130/200).
- For MBBS admissions, a minimum of 60% marks in FSc (Pre-Medical) or equivalent is required.
- For BDS admissions, a minimum of 55% marks in FSc (Pre-Medical) or equivalent is required.

Applicants from Overseas
- Foreign students can apply on reserved seats if they have passed SAT-II with a minimum of 550 marks in each subject (Biology, Chemistry, Physics/Mathematics) or MCAT with a minimum score of 500.
- Dual nationality holders and overseas Pakistanis must submit valid documentation, including CNIC, passport, and proof of residence.

Special Quotas
- Candidates applying under special quotas (disabled, overseas, or minority) must submit relevant documents, including disability certificates verified by a government medical board.

- Disabled candidates must appear before the designated medical board with original disability certificates.

- Incomplete applications or those submitted after the deadline will not be entertained.
