11th Class Admission Guide for Islamabad/Rawalpindi Colleges


In the twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad, there are a large number of government and private sector recognized colleges that are offering admission to the students based on merit.

All these colleges open admission at intermediate level (part 1) in July and August, just after the announcement of matric annual exams result. For this purpose, they publish the admission advertisement in the newspapers as well as advertise this on their respective official websites.

We have published here complete intermediate level admission guide for the convenience of those aspirants who have recently passed their matriculation exam in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, and now planning to get admission in the intermediate classes.

Before getting admission in any college, the candidate must choose the courses that he/she wants to study at intermediate level as his/her future life. Student’s future career is completely dependent on their decision.

After choosing the course, students’ next decision is to choose the correct college.

Admission advertisements

After the announcement of matric annual exams result, the private and government colleges in Islamabad and in Rawalpindi publish admission advertisement. Ilmkidunya also publishes advertisements here for the convenience of the students. Students can also check these announcements here.

Afterwards, collect the prospectus along with admission forms while paying fee from the colleges that you have shortlist for admission.

Afterwards, the candidates are required to duly fill the admission form and then submit it in the due date to the place from where they had collected this.

If they want to apply in more than one categories, then in that case, they are required to submit a separate admission form.

Age limit & Eligibility Criteria

18 years is the maximum age to apply for the admissions at intermediate level in almost all the colleges.

The students who have passed SSC annual exams in the same year or 2nd annual exams in the previous year are eligible to apply for the admissions.    

Merit List & Enrollment:

Normally, after almost one week of deadline for submitting application forms, the colleges display their merit lists of selected candidates for morning and for evening shifts.  

Later, the selected aspirants submit college dues and other charges for enrollment.
