Government College of Technology Samanabad, Faisalabad was set up in 1966 to meet the demand of Engineering Technicians, Technologists as well as the Field Engineers in different fields. The college offer admission in 3-year Diploma of Associate Engineer Program along with some other prominent degree programs.
Intermediate Part 1 Admission in Government College of Technology Samanabad
Annually the college opens admissions at intermediate level soon after the declaration of matriculation annual exams result. Eligibility Criteria & Applying procedure:
To get admission in the college, the candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:
o The candidate must have passed his Matric with Mathematics, English, Physics and Chemistry from Government recognized Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education.
o The candidate must have obtained at least 40 percent marks in each subject at matric level.
o The institute gives 20 extra marks for Hafiz e Quraan to get admission purely on merit basis however the admission committee will tested that candidate is complete Hafiz e Quraan and has documentary proof along with him.
o The maximum age limit for the candidate looking for the admission is 18 years.
o The aspirant must be physically as well as mentally fit and submitted his medical fitness certificate, certificate of nationality, affidavit and earning certificate along with his application for admission.
o The aspirants can get the prospectuses along with the admission forms from the admission office of college and are required to submit the duly filled application form within the given time at the same place.

o 4 photo copies of detail matric marks sheet
o 2 photocopies of Domicile
o 1 photocopy of CNIC of Father / Guardian
o Passport size 6 recent photographs
o 1 photocopy of Hafiz e Quraan Certificate (only for Hafiz-e-Quraan)
o 1 photocopy of Medical Fitness Certificate
o For over age candidates: 1 Application for Concession in age
Ineligibility Criteria:
The aspirant, who is fail in any above mentioned subject or pass in E grade, is not eligible to get admission.
Available Seats:
o Punjab (including Fsb Division): 30%
o Faisalabad Division: 50%
o Azad Kashmir OR Gilgit OR Northern Areas OR Tribal Areas (Under Federal Government): 3%
o Children of Pakistan Armed Forces: 2%
o Employees of TEVTA (Present, Retired, Late etc.): 5%
o On the basis of Mutual Transfer along with other provinces: 5%
o Certified by the Government Technical Training Institute Centre: 5%
o Other than the 100% seats available there is also 1% seats available for the disabled persons.
o 6 extra seats are also available in each class on the basis of self-finance scheme.
Important Instructions for Candidates:
o The applications of the aspirants belongs to Northern Areas of Pakistan will be accepted only if they send by the Directorate Education for Northern Areas.
o The applications of the aspirants belongs to Azad Kashmir will be accepted only if they send by the Board of Azad Kashmir, Muzaffar abad and Ministry of Kashmir Matters.
o The applications of the aspirants who are children of Pakistan's Armed Forces will be accepted only if they send their applications by the General Headquarter Rawalpindi, Islamabad.
o The applications of the aspirants who are Disabled will be accepted only if those candidates submit their applications along with the certificate issued by the District Medical Board or the related source.
o The applications of the aspirants who are children of TEVTA employees will be accepted just if these will be send through Zonal Manager of TEVTA.
o The applications from other provinces "except Punjab" will be accepted only if these send via Ministry of Technical education.
o The application on the basis of disability, there should be an attached certificate along with the application form issued by the relevant authority or by the medical office of the respective district.
