University Admission Test (UAT)

• GAT (General):
  Required for admission to all Master’s degree programs

• GAT (Subject):
  Required for admission to all PhD degree programs

Required Test Scores

• 50% marks for M.Sc. (Hons), MPhil, and MS programs

• 60% marks for PhD programs

Procedure for Application

1. Candidates must apply online for the University Admission Test through the University website:
   👉 www.aup.edu.pk or portal.aup.edu.pk
   (Separate application required for each discipline.)

2. A printed copy of the Admission Test Form, along with a bank receipt of Rs. 1,500/- (non-refundable), must be deposited in:
   Account No. 14877902286403
   Habib Bank Limited, University of Agriculture Peshawar Branch
   and submitted to the DASR Office on or before 24 December 2025.

3. Candidates securing the required test score must submit:

   • Admission Processing Fee of Rs. 1,500/- (non-refundable)

   • Completed admission form

   • Required attested documents

   • Bank receipt
     to the concerned Department/Institute on or before 16 January 2026.

4. Candidates applying for more than one discipline must submit separate application forms along with an additional fee of Rs. 600/- (non-refundable) for each extra discipline.

5. Candidates whose results are awaited may apply only for the admission test; however, provisional certificates or degrees must be submitted before the interview.

6. Detailed admission schedules and updates are available on the University website.

7. Only candidates who submit their University Admission Test forms to the DASR office within the due date will be allowed to appear in the test. Late submissions will not be entertained.
