Allied Health Sciences Degree Programmes

Academic Session: Spring 2025–2026

Applications are invited for admission to the following Allied Health Sciences Degree Programmes offered by H.H. Sheikh Khalifa Institute of Allied Health Sciences, Dari Sanghi, Rahim Yar Khan, affiliated with Sheikh Zayed Medical College.

Note: Equivalence must be recognized by the Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC), Islamabad.

Admission Application Form

Admission forms are available at a cost of Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable)
Forms can be obtained from:
H.H. Sheikh Khalifa Institute of Allied Health Sciences, Dari Sanghi, Rahim Yar Khan
Last date for submission: 31 January 2026 (up to 12:00 noon)
Applications may be submitted by hand or through registered post to the Office of the Administrator.
Late or incomplete applications will not be entertained.

Required Documents (Attested Copies)

Secondary School Certificate (Matric) – verified by the concerned Board
Higher Secondary School Certificate (F.Sc. Pre-Medical) – verified by the concerned Board
Punjab Domicile Certificate
- No other document (Birth Certificate, B-Form, CNIC, etc.) will be accepted in lieu of domicile
- Candidates holding more than one domicile will be disqualified
Character Certificate from the institution last attended
CNIC of candidate and father/guardian
Four (04) recent passport-size photographs
- One attested on the front, three attested on the back
Original Fitness Certificate issued by a Registered Medical Practitioner / Government Medical Officer
Disability Certificate (only for disabled candidates) issued by the Provincial Council for the Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons
Candidates with foreign qualifications must submit an IBCC equivalence certificate
Candidates holding PMF Diploma must submit IBCC equivalence certificate

Entry Test Format

Institutional Entry Test will consist of 100 MCQs, divided as follows:
- English: 25 MCQs
- Biology: 25 MCQs
- Chemistry: 25 MCQs
- Physics: 25 MCQs
Time Duration: 2 hours
Test Date: Saturday, 07 February 2026
Time: 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon

Merit Calculation Criteria

SSC / Equivalent: 10%
F.Sc. (Pre-Medical): 40%
Institutional Entry Test: 50%

Important Notes

A. First Merit List will be uploaded on 21 February 2026
B. Second Merit List will be uploaded on 07 March 2026
C. Candidates applying for more than one programme must submit separate applications with separate fees
D. Commencement of classes: 30 March 2026
E. 5% quota is reserved for PMF qualified candidates
F. Selection will be made strictly on open merit basis
G. One seat out of total 60 seats is reserved for a disabled candidate; selection will be based on merit
H. No hostel facility is available for Allied Health Sciences students
I. No TA/DA will be paid for test or interview
