2. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA (WHO CAN APPLY)

Category	Requirement
Eligible Students	Those who have passed HSSC or equivalent (12 years of education)
Also Eligible	Students who have appeared in final HSSC exams and are awaiting results

3. TEST CATEGORIES (ACADEMIC STREAMS)

USAT is offered in six categories. Students must select the category matching their academic stream and university admission requirements.

Note: Category selection is final and cannot be changed after registration.

5. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR UNIVERSITIES

Point	Details
Weightage	Universities give due weightage to USAT score as per their admission policy
Score Card	Students must submit relevant category ETC Score Card for merit calculation
University Acceptance	Only applicable for universities accepting USAT

6. HOW TO APPLY (REGISTRATION PROCESS)

Step 1	Visit http://etc.hec.gov.pk for online registration
Step 2	Carefully select the test category (cannot be changed later)
Step 3	Complete registration data/information
Step 4	SUBMIT the application (only SUBMITTED applications are considered)
Step 5	Pay fee via 1Link/1Bill Invoice with generated consumer number
Step 6	After fee deposit, click "Verify Online Payment" on ETC Dashboard
Step 7	Download Roll Number Slip from website/email 1 week before test

Important: Applications in SAVE or INCOMPLETE mode will NOT be entertained.

⚠️ SMS Note: SMS will not be sent to mobile numbers converted from one network to another. Such applicants will receive information via email.

9. PROHIBITED ITEMS & RULES

Strict Offence: Taking, uploading, or sharing images of the question book is strictly prohibited and punishable under ETC rules.

10. IMPORTANT APPLICATION RULES
