INTRODUCTION

Applications are invited from eligible medical graduates for admission to the following Postgraduate Clinical Diploma Courses (Two Years) / Level-II(b) Programmes for the Session 2026–2028 at Nishtar Medical University, Multan.

ENTRY TEST SCHEDULE

Qualifying Criteria Minimum 50% marks in the Entry Test is mandatory for admission.
Admit Card Collection Candidates may collect Admit Cards from the Student Section from September 15, 2026 to September 21, 2026.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Merit-Based Admission: Admission shall be granted strictly on merit as per the approved admission criteria.

  2. Fee Deposit Deadline: Selected candidates shall deposit the prescribed tuition fee within 07 days of the display of the merit list.

  3. Government Employees: Candidates serving in Government departments shall submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by the concerned Health Department, Government of the Punjab.

  4. Domicile Requirement (Open Merit): Only candidates holding Punjab domicile are eligible to apply under the Open Merit category.

  5. Seat Reservations:

    • Foreign Medical Graduates (FMGs): Two (02) seats in each programme are reserved.

    • Other Provinces: One (01) seat in each programme is reserved for candidates domiciled in provinces other than Punjab.

  6. Foreign Medical Graduates: FMGs shall submit HEC / PM&DC Equivalence Certificate.

  7. Leave Requirement for P&SHD / SHC&MED Employees: Employees (regular, contract, adhoc, etc.) of P&SHD (Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department) and SHC&MED (Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department) shall be allowed to join the training only after obtaining Extraordinary Leave (EOL) or Study Leave from their respective departments.

  8. Hostel Accommodation: Hostel accommodation shall not be provided. Selected candidates shall submit an affidavit stating that they shall not claim hostel accommodation.
