Admission Schedule for BS 4-Year Program – Session 2025–2029

Students seeking admission in the BS 4-year degree program should obtain the admission form from the BS Coordinator’s Office and submit it back to the same office. Admission forms can be submitted for the following disciplines:

Morning Shift

Information Technology

English

Computer Science

B.Com

BBA

Evening Shift

Information Technology

Computer Science

Admission Requirements

Candidates must have secured at least 45% marks in FA, FSc, or an equivalent examination.

Eligible candidates include those who:

Passed 11th grade in the Annual Examination 2024,

Passed 12th grade in the Annual Examination 2025, or

Passed 12th grade in the Supplementary Examination 2024 with a minimum of 45% marks.

Maximum age limit for admission is 24 years.

Students from boards other than Lahore Board must submit their original NOC (No Objection Certificate) along with the admission form.

Candidates applying on the basis of 11th-grade results will be granted provisional admission. To secure permanent admission, passing the 12th-grade examination is mandatory. A sworn affidavit on a Rs. 100 E-Stamp Paper must be submitted along with the provisional admission form.

Minority and differently-abled candidates will be granted admission as per government-reserved quotas.

For admission to the Evening Shift, a separate admission form must be submitted with a clear indication of the desired shift.

All admissions will be granted strictly on a merit basis.

The First Merit List will be displayed on the respective department’s notice board and on the college website: giccl.edu.pk

Admission forms can be collected from the BS Coordinator’s Office starting from August 8, 2025.

Note: Students will also have access to transport facilities on specific routes.
