GENERAL INFORMATION

1. Duration: 06 Months (3 Contact Sessions of 3/4 days Each)
2. Application form can be downloaded from university website i.e www.fjmu.edu.pk and to be submitted duly filled at DME along with required documents
3. Deposit online application fee of PKR 1,000/- (non-refundable) in the Habib Bank Limited Account Title: Director Department of Medical Education, FJMU (Account No. 12527900658303)
4. Last date of submission of form at DME: 20-07-2026
5. Tuition Fee: Rs. 80,000/- (Govt. Employees)
   Rs. 100,000/- (Private Sector Employees)

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Medical / Dental / Veterinary / Paramedics / Nurses / Allied Health Sciences graduate from recognized Medical University / College registered by PMDC or regulatory Authority
• Valid Registration as practitioner
• Institution faculty will be given preference

DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED DULY ATTESTED:

• MBBS/ BDS/ Bachelor Degree Certificate + CNIC
• Experience Certificate
• Valid Registration Certificate
• Receipt of Online Application Fee of PKR:1000/- (non-refundable)
• NOC from Respective Head of Department
