Applications Invited for Affiliation & Renewal of Affiliation

Academic Session 2026–27 (Fall 2026 & Spring 2027)

The University of Sargodha is a distinguished institution known for its academic excellence, dedication, and outstanding achievements.

• The jurisdiction for college affiliation extends across Punjab Province, with numerous public and private colleges affiliated with the university.

Invitation for Applications

Applications are invited from educational institutions for Affiliation and Renewal of Affiliation for the Academic Session 2026–27 (Fall 2026 & Spring 2027) in the following faculties and programs:

Faculty of Pharmacy

• Pharm-D (Doctor of Pharmacy)

  • NOC from the Pharmacy Council is mandatory

Faculty of Medical & Health Sciences

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) – 5-Year Program

Faculty of Sciences

Programs include (where applicable: ADP = Associate Degree Program, BS = Bachelor of Science):

• Chemistry (ADP / BS)

Application Procedure

• Applications must be submitted online at:
  https://affiliations.su.edu.pk

• Last date to apply online: 15 April 2026

After completing the online process, institutions must:

• Submit a hard copy of the application

• Attach the paid and downloaded challan

• Send documents to:
  Affiliation Branch, University of Sargodha

Inspection Fee

• Private Colleges: Rs. 40,000

• Government Colleges: Rs. 10,000

Important Instructions

1. No institution is allowed to start any academic program without written permission from the University of Sargodha.

2. Admissions made without affiliation or renewal approval will be the sole responsibility of the concerned institution.

3. Programs requiring approval from relevant professional councils must obtain the necessary NOC.

4. Registration of all programs with the relevant regulatory bodies is mandatory.

5. The Affiliation Committee reserves the right to reject any application without assigning a reason.

6. Only institutions located within Punjab Province are eligible to apply.

7. Institutions located in the Federal Capital Territory must obtain an NOC from the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

8. Previously affiliated institutions must also apply for renewal for the 2026–27 session.

9. Failure to apply for renewal will result in automatic cancellation of affiliation.
