An advertisement was previously published in national and regional newspapers on February 15, 2026, under reference SPL-168.
The deadline for submission of applications has now been extended until April 30, 2026.

📅 Extended Deadline: April 30, 2026

After completing the online application:

• Download the application form
• Submit hard copy along with required documents
• Attach paid challan
• Submit to the Affiliation Branch, University of Sargodha

💰 Fee Structure

• Private Colleges: Rs. 40,000 (non-refundable)
• Public Colleges: Rs. 10,000

⚠️ Important Instructions

• Institutions cannot start any academic program without prior written approval from the University.
• Programs started without affiliation approval will be the sole responsibility of the institution.
• For programs requiring regulatory approval, NOC from relevant councils is mandatory.
• Registration with DPI Colleges is required for all programs.
• The university reserves the right to accept or reject any application without reason.
• Only institutions within Punjab Province are eligible.
• Institutions in Islamabad Capital Territory must obtain NOC from HEC.

🔁 Renewal Requirement

Already affiliated institutions must also apply for renewal of affiliation for the 2026–2027 session.

Failure to apply will result in automatic cancellation of affiliation.
