The 12th Convocation of the University of Sargodha will be held in the Multipurpose Hall, University of Sargodha, according to the following schedule:

Academic Regalia / Gowns will be available near the Multipurpose Hall from 25th January to 28th January 2026.

Eligibility: Only registered graduates who attend the full dress rehearsal are allowed to participate in the convocation.

Guests: Only one guest (parent, guardian, or spouse) is permitted per graduate.

Entry Passes: Registered graduates must download and print their entry passes from the convocation portal: https://convocation.su.edu.pk

Entry passes will be available from Monday, 19th January 2026.

No separate entry passes will be issued at the venue.
