The University invites applications from educational institutions for new affiliation and renewal of affiliation for the Academic Session 2026–27 (Fall 2026 & Spring 2027) in the following faculties and disciplines:

📝 How to Apply

Institutions seeking affiliation or renewal must apply online at:

Last Date for Online Application: 15 April 2026

After completing the online process, institutions must:

Submit a hard copy of the application
Attach the downloaded fee challan
Send documents to the Registrar, Affiliation Branch, University of Sargodha

💰 Inspection Fee

Private Colleges: Rs. 40,000
Government Colleges: Rs. 10,000

⚠ Important Instructions

Institutions are not authorized to start any academic program without written permission from the University.
Admissions made without official affiliation/renewal approval will be the sole responsibility of the college administration.
For programs requiring accreditation, NOC from the relevant council is mandatory.
Registration with the concerned DPI (Colleges) office is required.
The Affiliation Committee reserves the right to reject any application without assigning a reason.

📍 Jurisdiction

Institutions located within Punjab Province may apply for affiliation/renewal.
Institutions located in Islamabad Capital Territory must obtain NOC from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) before applying.
