The College of Engineering and Technology, University of Sargodha, will conduct its own admission test for all Engineering and Technology disciplines in addition to tests by other bodies, as per previous practice.

Admission Schedule:

Display of Master List for corrections: September 03, 2025
Candidates can visit the Facilitation Center or submit correction requests via the online portal until 4:00 PM on September 03, 2025. Failure to correct details or submit fees on time may result in the loss of admission rights.

Candidates Awaiting 2nd Year Results (HSSC/A-Level) can apply for undergraduate programs.

Admission Tests:

All tests will be conducted at 09:00 AM, except for Engineering tests, which will be held at the College of Pharmacy Hall, Main Campus.

Self-Finance Seats:

Self-Finance Basis: Ten (10) seats in each program will be reserved on a self-finance basis.

Fee: PKR 100,000 per year in addition to regular semester fees.

All admission regulations, including eligibility criteria, are applicable to Self Finance seats.

Additional Information:

Admission based on Intermediate (Part 1) will require the submission of complete result for Part 2 (HSSC/A-level) by the admission deadline. Failure to submit the required documents may result in cancellation of admission.

Merit-based Admissions: Merit will be determined based on percentage. Candidates must provide verified percentage certificates if not already mentioned in the transcript.

Important Notice:

Providing false or incorrect information during admission can result in the cancellation of admission and expulsion from the university. All fees and dues paid will be forfeited, and legal action may be pursued.
