CONVOCATION NOTICE

The 3rd Convocation of the University of Sahiwal, Sahiwal is scheduled to be held for graduates of the following academic programs and sessions:

PROGRAMS & SESSIONS ELIGIBLE FOR CONVOCATION

AWARD OF DEGREES & MEDALS

Degrees and Gold Medals will be awarded to graduates of the following faculties:

• Faculty of Computing & Information Technology

• Faculty of Economics & Management Sciences

• Faculty of Language & Literature

• Faculty of Sciences

• Faculty of Social Sciences

• Faculty of Law

GOLD MEDALISTS (UNDER SEMESTER SYSTEM)

Gold Medals will be awarded to position holders of the following programs and sessions:

• Executive MBA / MBA (2 Years) – Session 2019–2021

• BS / BBA (4 Years) – Session 2019–2023

• MA / MSc / MCS (2 Years) – Session 2019–2021

• Advanced Diploma in Clinical Psychology (ADCP) – Session 2019–2021

• LLB (5 Years) – Session 2019–2024

REGISTRATION PROCESS

All passed-out candidates of the above-mentioned programs and sessions who wish to attend the 3rd Convocation must complete the registration process as follows:

• Submit the Convocation Registration Form within ten (10) days of publication of this Convocation Notice in the newspaper.

• Deposit Convocation Registration Fee: Rs. 3,000/- through:

  • Demand Draft, or

  • Online Deposit
