Eligibility Criteria

MS / M.Phil Programs

Minimum 16 years of education in the relevant discipline
Annual System: 2nd Division
Semester System: CGPA 2.50/4.00 or 3.55/5.00
Minimum 50% marks in University Admission Test (UGAT) or GRE/HAT (General)

PhD Programs

MS/M.Phil or equivalent from an HEC recognized university
Minimum CGPA 3.00/4.00 or 3.50/5.00
Minimum 60% marks in UGAT (General) or GRE/HAT General or equivalent

Note: Students awaiting results are also eligible to apply for MS/M.Phil, PhD, or MBA programs.

In-service employees must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer.

Application Instructions

Apply online at: https://admissions.uokajk.edu.pk
Pay application processing fee Rs. 2750/- for MS/M.Phil/PhD Programs via online generated challan at any branch of HBL.
Additional fee of Rs. 1100/- for each extra program applied.
UGAT fee: Rs. 2750/- for MS/M.Phil/PhD Programs.
No hard copies of credentials are required except original fee challans, which must be sent via courier/post to:

Recommended candidates must bring original documents at the time of interview.
No separate call letters will be issued for UGAT.
