Eligibility Criteria

MS / M.Phil Programs

• 16 years of education in a relevant discipline

• Annual System: Minimum 2nd Division

• Semester System: Minimum CGPA 2.50/4.00 or 3.55/5.00

• Entry Test:

  • Minimum 50% marks in University Admission Test
    OR

  • 50% marks in GRE / HAT General or equivalent

PhD Programs

• MS/M.Phil or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized university

• Minimum CGPA 3.00/4.00 or 3.50/5.00 in relevant discipline

• Entry Test:

  • 60% marks in UGAT (GEN)
    OR

  • 60% marks in GRE / HAT General or equivalent

Important Notes

• Result-awaiting students may also apply for MS/M.Phil, PhD, and MBA (2-Year) programs.

• In-service candidates must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer.

• No separate call letter will be issued for UGAT.

• Recommended candidates must bring original documents at the time of interview.

Application & Fee Details

• Application Processing Fee:

  • Rs. 2,750/- for MS / M.Phil / PhD Programs

• Additional Application Fee:

  • Rs. 1,100/- for each extra application

• UGAT Fee:

  • Rs. 2,750/- (separately payable)

📌 Fees must be deposited through online-generated challan at any branch of Habib Bank Limited (HBL).

Submission of Documents

• No hard copies of academic documents are required.

• Original fee challans must be sent through courier or portal service (mandatory) to:
