🎯 Program Overview

13th Annual Session (Fall 2025-26)

Weekend Classes Only:

📅 Saturdays: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

📅 Sundays: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Rigorous curriculum designed to prepare professionals for careers in academia, research, policy, finance, and international development.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have:

A Master’s or 4-year Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following (from HEC recognized institutions):

Economics

Economics & Finance

Business Administration

Commerce

Mathematics

Statistics

Or related/equivalent disciplines

Minimum 2nd Division (or equivalent GPA) required.

Equivalence Certificate (if applicable):

Candidates with degrees from non-public universities or foreign institutions must provide a certificate from the Equivalence Committee, University of Karachi.

Final Year Students:

May apply provisionally, at their own risk.

Final transcript must be submitted before the start of the second quarter.

Admission Test Requirement:

AERC Admission Test is mandatory (Sample test available on AERC’s website).

Alternatively, valid scores of:

GAT (Subject) by NTS

GRE (Advanced Economics) within the last 2 years may be considered.
