ONLINE APPLICATIONS are invited for ENTRANCE TEST based ADMISSIONS in DOCTOR OF PHARMACY (Pharm-D) MORNING & EVENING Programmes
The Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of Karachi has the honour of being the First Faculty of Pharmacy in Pakistan. It caters to the needs of all Professional Services of Pharmacy including Hospitals and Pharmaceutical Industries.
The Faculty is equipped with State of the Art Laboratories and Modern Technology, imparting Quality Education and Training.
ELIGIBILITY:
Minimum 60% Marks in Intermediate HSC (Pre-Medical) or Equivalent Examination (Grace/Condonation Marks or Grade raised will NOT be considered).
Applicants seeking admission on the basis of Certificates other than those awarded by Public Sector Boards of Pakistan, must submit the Equivalence Certificate issued by the Inter Boards Coordination Commission (IBCC) at least Three (3) Days before the Announcement of the Admission List.
Admissions to Doctor of Pharmacy will be granted on the basis of Pre-requisite (Intermediate or Equivalent) examination after passing the Entrance Test with a minimum of 50% Marks.
The Admission Test for Doctor of Pharmacy will be conducted on 25th OCTOBER 2025
NOTE: Details regarding Admission Policy can be seen in the ADMISSION PROSPECTUS-2026 available at www.uokadmission.edu.pk Candidates awaiting their Pre-requisite Results can also apply at their own risk. However, they have to submit their results at least 3 days prior to the date of announcement of the admission list.
All those candidates applying for admission on SELF-FINANCED/DONOR AND RESERVED SEATS in DOCTOR OF PHARMACY (Morning & Evening) are required to submit Doctor of Pharmacy Admission Form and qualify the Entrance Test; otherwise they will not be considered Eligible for Admission.
Candidates can fill in and submit the Admission Form (with Scanned Copies of the required Documents) through the Online Admission Portal (www.uokadmission.edu.pk) of the University from 29th SEPTEMBER, 2025 to 10th OCTOBER, 2025.
Admission Form Processing Fee of Rs. 5000/- must be submitted at any branch of Bank Alfalah through Online Generated Fee Voucher available at www.uokadmission.edu.pk. A Scanned Copy of the Fee Deposit Slip must be attached along with the Online Admission Form.
