Eligibility Criteria

• Ph.D.: Relevant 18 years of education (e.g., MBBS, M.Phil., or equivalent) recognized by HEC/PMDC/PNC or relevant authority.
• M.Phil./Master’s: Minimum 16 years of education in a relevant field.
• Minimum CGPA 3.0/4.0 or First Division.
• Applicants must meet admission test requirements or provide valid GRE (Subject) scores where applicable.

Admission Test Details

• Date: Sunday, 17 May 2026
• Ph.D. Test Time: 10:00 AM
• M.Phil. / MPH Test Time: 02:00 PM

Test Format:

• 100 MCQs
• 30% General (English, Analytical Reasoning, Computer Skills)
• 70% Subject-Based

Minimum passing marks: 60%

How to Apply

1. Visit the UHS Online Admission Portal: www.uhs.edu.pk
2. Create an account with personal details.
3. Select your desired program and discipline.
4. Upload scanned documents (max 2MB each).
5. Submit application online.
6. Download and print the application form and fee challan.
7. Deposit Rs. 5,000/- (non-refundable) in Bank of Punjab or via online banking.
8. Upload proof of payment to complete application.

Admission Schedule

Important Instructions

• Applications must be submitted online only.
• Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted.
• Admission is strictly merit-based.
• Ph.D. applicants must submit a Statement of Purpose.
• In-service candidates must provide an NOC.
• Applicants with foreign qualifications must submit HEC equivalence certificates.
• Test results, merit lists, and interview schedules will be available on the UHS website.
