Eligibility Criteria

General Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of education for Ph.D. and M.Phil./MS programs
• Relevant qualifications such as:
  • MBBS / BDS
  • FCPS or equivalent
• Degree must be recognized by:
  • HEC / relevant regulatory bodies

Academic Performance

• Minimum CGPA 3.0 / 4.0
  OR First Division in annual system

Program-Specific Requirements

• M.Phil. Medical Sciences: MBBS required
• M.Phil. Dental Sciences: BDS required
• Medical Laboratory Sciences:
  • 4-year BS OR
  • 2-year Post-RN Nursing OR equivalent recognized degree

Admission Test

Test Details

• Date: Sunday, 17 May 2026
• Format:
  • 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
  • Duration: 2 hours

Test Composition

Ph.D. Test

• Subject-based MCQs

M.Phil./MS & MPH Test

• 70% Subject-related questions
• 30%:
  • English
  • Analytical reasoning
  • Computer skills

MHPE Test

• Similar format with emphasis on:
  • Professional education
  • Analytical and general knowledge

4. Upload scanned documents (max 2 MB each)
5. Download and print:
   • Application form
   • Bank challan

Application Fee

• Rs. 5,000/-
• Payable at Bank of Punjab or via online banking

Admission Schedule

Important Instructions

• Applications must be submitted online only
• No hard copy required (except paid challan proof)
• Incomplete applications will be rejected
• False information will lead to disqualification

Additional Requirements

• Ph.D. applicants must submit a Statement of Purpose
• Government employees must provide NOC
• Foreign degree holders must submit equivalence certificates (HEC/PMDC/PNC)
