University of Health Sciences Lahore invites online applications from eligible candidates for semester-based undergraduate programs (Spring 2026).

2. Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must fulfill the following requirements:

1. Academic Qualification:
   • HSSC (Pre-Medical) or equivalent
   • Minimum 60% marks
2. Entry Test Requirement:
   • Must pass UHS Undergraduate Admission Test (UGAT) 2026 Spring
   • Minimum 50% marks

3. UHS-UGAT 2026 (Spring)

• Test Format:
  • 100 MCQs (Multiple Choice Questions)
  • 25 questions each from:
    • English
    • Biology
    • Chemistry
    • Physics
• Duration: 2 Hours
• Date: Sunday, 12 April 2026
• Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 Noon

4. Merit Calculation

Admission merit will be calculated as follows:

• SSC / Equivalent: 10%
• HSSC (Part-1 / Equivalent): 40%
• UGAT Score: 50%

5. Application Procedure

1. Apply online at: http://portals.uhs.edu.pk/ug-admission
2. Create a verified account using a valid email
3. Fill in:
   • Personal information
   • Academic details
   • Program selection
   • Required documents

Application Fee

• Rs. 1000 per program (non-refundable)
• UGAT Fee: Rs. 3000
• Deposit fee via generated challan
• Upload proof of payment

⚠️ Important Notes:

• Each selected program requires a separate application & fee
• No changes allowed after final submission
• Confirmation will be sent via email

6. Program Selection & Admission Rules

• Candidates may apply for multiple programs
• Admission is confirmed only after fee submission within deadline

Transfer Option

• Candidates may transfer to another program if selected later
• Must submit request within deadline
• Pay any fee difference

❗ Once transferred, reverting back is not allowed

• Passport-size photograph
• SSC Certificate / Result Card
• HSSC Result Card
• Domicile
• IBCC Equivalence (if applicable)

• Maximum size: 1 MB per document
• Must be clear and readable

• No hard copy submission required
• Admissions strictly on open merit
