ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

1. Qualification Required

• For Ph.D.:

  • M.Phil./Master’s (18 years) or equivalent qualification in a relevant field

  • Minimum CGPA 3.0/4.0 (or equivalent)

• For M.Phil./M.S. Programs:

  • 16 years education (BS/MBBS/BDS/Equivalent) in a relevant discipline

  • Required qualifications depend on each specific program

  • For M.Phil. in Medical or Dental Sciences, candidates must have relevant professional degrees (MBBS/BDS)

2. Admission Test

• Mandatory for all programs

• Minimum 70% score required in the UHS Admission Test

3. Interview

• Required for Ph.D. and specific M.Phil./M.S. programs

• Final selection will be based on merit

4. Additional Conditions

• Applicants with foreign degrees must submit HEC/PMDC/PNC equivalence

• In-service candidates must provide NOC; deputation candidates must apply through the proper channel

• Ph.D. applicants must submit a Statement of Purpose

ADMISSION TEST DETAILS

1. Ph.D. Admission Test

• Date & Time: Sunday, 21 December 2025 – 10:00 AM

• Format: 100 MCQs

  • 30% Analytical Reasoning & Computer Knowledge

  • 70% Basic Sciences

• Duration: 2 hours

2. M.Phil. / Master’s (Medical Sciences) Admission Test

• Date & Time: Sunday, 21 December 2025 – 02:00 PM

• Format: 100 MCQs

  • 30% English, Analytical Reasoning & Computer Knowledge

  • 70% Basic Sciences

• Duration: 2 hours

3. MHPE Admission Test

• Format: Scenario-Based MCQs

• Duration: 2 hours

HOW TO APPLY

1. Visit the UHS Postgraduate Admissions Portal:
   www.uhs.edu.pk

2. Fill the online application form with:

   • Academic qualifications

   • Marks/CGPA

   • Year of passing

   • Upload all required documents

3. Pay the application processing fee (Rs. 5,000/-) via:

   • Bank of Punjab branches, OR

   • Online banking

4. Application will be considered complete only after fee payment

5. Download and print the application form and bank challan for your record

• Only online applications submitted through the official portal will be accepted

• No changes can be made after final submission

• Incomplete, incorrectly filled, or forged applications will be rejected

• Admission will be strictly merit-based

• Fee challan must be uploaded before the deadline
