Admissions are open in the following degree programs at the University of Child Health Sciences, Lahore.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

A. Open Merit (Punjab Domicile)

Matriculation or equivalent with minimum 60% marks.
F.Sc. (Pre-Medical) or equivalent with minimum 60% marks.
Candidate must hold Punjab domicile.

B. AJK / GB / FATA / Other Provinces Quota

Matriculation or equivalent with minimum 60% marks.
F.Sc. (Pre-Medical) or equivalent with minimum 60% marks.
Must provide domicile certificate of the relevant area.

C. Persons with Special Abilities (Disabled Quota)

Same academic eligibility as Open Merit.
Must produce a Disability Certificate issued by:
- National/Provincial Council for the Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons, or
- CNIC with a disability logo, or
- NADRA registration proof as a "special person".
These documents will make the candidate eligible for the reserved seats only.

D. Self-Finance Seats

For candidates who wish to fund their own education.
Matriculation or equivalent with minimum 60% marks.
F.Sc. (Pre-Medical) or equivalent with minimum 60% marks.
A separate merit list will be prepared for these seats.
Seats under this category cannot be transferred to open merit.
Fee structure is significantly higher than open merit seats.

E. Foreign / International Seats

For applicants with foreign nationality or overseas Pakistanis.
Preference 1: Candidates who completed 12th Grade / HSSC (Pre-Medical) outside Pakistan.
- Must submit an equivalence certificate from IBCC, Pakistan.
Preference 2: Candidates with Matric & F.Sc. (Pre-Medical) in Pakistan, both with ≥60% marks.
Vacant foreign seats will be transferred to Self-Finance quota.
Foreign students must pay fees as per foreign student rates.

MERIT CALCULATION

ADMISSION PROCESS & INSTRUCTIONS

The Online Admission Portal will be available on the University website from November 17, 2025.
Processing Fee:
- Rs. 1,000 for one degree program.
- Rs. 500 for each additional program (if applying for multiple).
Candidates may apply for multiple programs using one form.
Preferences cannot be changed after submission.
After filling out the online form, a challan form will be generated.
Deposit the fee at any branch of the Bank of Punjab, then upload the paid challan before submission.
